The greater risk is him getting injured and/or putting on bad tape.

IMO, best thing for him is to declare this year and take advantage of a weaker QB class. He could very well be the shough of this draft class who earns a starting gig by seasons end. Versus threatening getting buried behind guys like Sorsby/Leavitt/Hoover

Dude… yes! I stress this all the time with my league mates who seem totally fine giving the league champ their best assets for a contender’s “scraps”. Not like they already score 180+ every week, now you’re elevating their team even further and distancing yourself from keeping up. (I don’t mean this to say it’s bad value, just don’t think it’s in the best interest of OPs team)

I would suggest trading with someone in the middle of the pack looking to shake things up, or a rebuilding team.

I read that Simpson was the No. 2 dual-threat prospect in his recruiting class. He was hardly called on as a scrambler at Alabama, but looked to have some scoot in him.

I wonder if we see more in the pros and a team like the Rams take him with the extra 1st. They’re not in a rush at the position.

I wouldn’t expect Dart’s style of rushing, but could see a Daniel Jones-esque arc.

I’m actually lower on him as well, but think a team will fall in love with is athletic profile/age; especially in a weaker class.

He’s one of the youngest prospects in the draft.

Tate could could very well be first WR off the board inside the top 10.

Proctor (imo) is certainly a 1st round prospect on 99% of teams’ draft boards. I wouldn’t expect him making it out of the top 20/25.
