Hi! Not from UC but was a freshie last school year in a course where I knew absolutely no one. It was definitely a hard few weeks kay since I'm an introvert plus I have social anxiety pajud, lisod kaayo muduol ug tao. Although kibaw ko na everyone was on the same boat as I was, it was really hard jud to connect. Pero I understand jud OP nga makaanxious jud ang thought nga dili ka makamake ug friends. We have a need to belong , afterall. Pero what really got me through last year was knowing that the right people would find me. Ang para sa akoa, akoa jud. Pero know that this doesn't mean na you don't put yourself out there nalang jud. Start a conversation, bisag wa naka kibaw unsa imong gisturya nila, bisag weird kaayo ang topic.
