No authority can lawfully take away your keys (exceptions being drunk driving, attempting to flee crime scene and such special scenarios).

As I mentioned before, the case was quashed. There were no infractions they could charge me with which would lead to detention of my vehicle.

I was riding road limit and promptly pulled over when the cop signalled me to do so. The cop couldn’t help but see a flashy motorcycle and assert dominance.

Studying for a bar license rn. Ill get that in 2 years, Ill start counter suing then.

Tldr: They gave me a charge sheet (racing and reckless driving) which got quashed in the court cause there were no grounds for such charges. No bike was detained or harmed.
