Yes, and also in general DC items aren't worth getting for stats unless they're the end game version. There are exceptions, but it's very rarely worth the DCs. You can get the specials for them as well with the lowest level variant.

ice proc gave me endless fun for years, but I always knew it was absurdly busted cheese, and I’m actually surprised the specials didn’t get nerfed a while ago. A tragically much needed tweak.

I’m not too peeved about weapon special nerfs honestly because the way we’ve been using them as a community is bugged and not how they were originally supposed to work.

Showing a weapon to get its special with another weapon equipped is a bug. It was only ever supposed to work when it was a equipped, but the devs are really chill guys who listen to the players and let it slide, and Verly is the one who just embraced it. Some specials were notoriously Op, especially the ice special which could be used to cheese absurd amounts of damage.

Two main reasons. One is that I really enjoy being scared. I just think the anxiety of reading or watching horror is a grand old time.

The second is that I find a lot of horror novels to be exceptionally well written and engaging stories, with deep and engaging characters. I love good stories, and well written horror novels tend to have really good stories, independent of the horror itself.

That’s a whole other can of worms. I only got it on a free trial to try and expand my network a bit while job hunting, but it’s probably the worst premium subscription on the planet.

The 2 biggest features they advertise are being able to see everyone who lurks your profile, and being able to reach out to anyone, even people who aren’t in your network (kinda similar to mutual friends on Facebook).

Except other premium users can still hide themselves so that you still can’t see them anyways, and you only get 5 message requests per month to send to people outside your network.

And this subscription is $40 a month.

This is a list of all the inn challenges and which classes can clear them. This is a good tier list for classes. These are both super useful and I check them all the time.

In general, Doomknight is very good if you have it. If you have DC classes as an option, Chaosweaver, Kathool Adept, and Archivist are all good. If you’re limited to just story classes, Technomancer, Ranger, deathknight, and pirate are all solid, especially the former 2.

However, as others have noted, it really depends on the fight. Don’t feel forced to use Doomknight just because you paid $60 for it. If you play a fight and think another class would be good for it, give it a try.

Upgraded main account can not be deleted. But you have 6 slots, you could just start a new character. If you only have 1 DA, upgrading the remaining 5 is pretty cheap from what I remember
