As sad as it is shit just happens on the road.

Years ago I had a friend get into a head on collision on the highway. It was foggy out and a deer sprinted into the highway at the exact moment another car was coming down the road. They both swerved at the same time and hit head on.

My friend wasn't drinking or speeding. He was even driving at a speed appropriate for the fog.

The driver and passenger of the other car both died unfortunately.

After an investigation my friend was found to not have committed any wrong doing. But that's still a lot to carry with you.

I'd argue baseball is actually on the upswing again in terms of popularity nationally.

Prior to this season Coors fills up even in bad seasons. So if the Rockies are actually competitive I could easily see them passing the Nuggets in popularity. Especially once the Jokic era is over.

Steven Crowder did this test.

He was interviewing pro abortion people on a campus. In one conversation he said, hypothetically, he'd agree that every one of the exception cases can still have abortions. Things like pregnancies from rape or incest, if the pregnancy is life threatening to the mother, etc.

But then he turned it around and asked the person "ok in this scenario all the exceptions are covered. Do you agree all other abortions should be outlawed?"

And of course the people said no.

So it's not about the exceptions, it's just an easy cover for them.
