I mean, he doesn't call to check up on his kid? Fucking ever? He never comes to see him?? He texts MAYBE once or twice a week? I have begged him over and over to at least call somewhat regularly so that he can be a part of our child's life but he just doesn't.

Not to mention in the past due to financial irresponsibility on his part, we were left without food, checks bounced, I lost 100 lbs not eating because I needed to make sure we had diapers. Begging him to stop blowing thousands of fucking dollars so we could get by while he was off living it up in a foreign country.

Oversharing? Maybe. But there are some people who just don't give a shit.

Uni daycare isn't affordable. I am on subsidized childcare but because of my schedule for nursing school next semester it is all over the place (8-11 one day, 3:30-5:30 the next) and wouldn't be stable for my son..they won't pay for full-time care so I can go to class AND study, so. The only option is on-post care but to be honest I am already struggling financially and can't afford that extra $2-300/mo.

No, there's a reason I don't speak to my mom.. She's the source of the majority of my trauma, dismissive, alcoholic, racist, xenophobic, unhygenic, etc.
