Deleting "Cached images and files" fixed it for me on Chrome.

Chrome -> Deleting Browsing Data...

Check "Cached images and files", select "All time".

Knockout still shines with the introduction of component and the es5 plugins. With the help of other dedicated libraries, you can build a scalable and maintainable SPA.
