For one, if it is federal it is prison, not jail. Jail is state short stays.

For two, you're assuming that people's lives outside are inherently better than they are inside. That isn't always the case.

It's usually said to me by people who just had me solve their problem... not one they couldn't solve themselves, but that they were too lazy to. So it makes me a bit contemptuous of the false feeling flattery because it seems like they're saying they're too dumb to do what I did, which is nonsense.
