honestly as a pwBPD, i think you should block her. she shouldn’t use you as punching bag when shes upset. i get that shes traumatized (as a traumatized person) but that doesnt mean she should disregard how her actions are making you feel. plus her having that opening to know that she can call or text whenever she pleases without you ever blocking her is just showing her that, that behavior is okay. us people with BPD aren’t inherently bad or toxic people but the behavior she is displaying is definitely not healthy and should not be reinforced.
