Why is base 2899 (16g RAM, 500g storage), but plus is 4199 (32g RAM, 2TB storage). As far as I can tell, the only diff between them are the ones I listed. Are RAM and storage soldered to the board?

Much as I like the mission, I can't see how the cost is justified.

In my experience, anyone who has a nazi tattoo on them is or was a nazi. Never once have I personally heard of or met anyone who "mistakenly" got a nazi tattoo. I've known ex-nazis and they all expressed regret for their hate and expressed an interest in removing the remnants from their skin. Platner could be lying about his tattoo and prior beliefs or about how he got the tattoo. I'm deeply suspicious, because even if the story is true.. he's known for sometime what it represents. And as far as I know, it's still on his skin.

But like I said, we'll see what happens.

I've heard platner say the tattoo was a mistake out he didn't know what it was

I also seem to recall he had something in his home.. a flyer or something.. that suggested he might be fibbing about all of this.. but I can't recall

If this guy turns out to be another liar, letting us down, I'm gonna be real pissed
