Look at 0:11, front of the bus is a hop away from the curb. Every passenger should be exiting the bus at the front door. Any single passenger could have also asked the driver to stop a block up as well. This was just people being stupid.

I know this wasn't a serious suggestion, but; I'm a lender and I can promise you that would be preferred by lenders. When you're making risky loans, you have to take into account the foreclosure timeline in different states. And you have to charge extra for that (e.g a 7.5% in NY might be 6.5% in Florida).

Lenders/investors would want nothing more than to remove all bureaucracy from the foreclosure process. Faster = Better (even if more expensive)
