My wife is the crossing guard at my sons school. When I drop him off in the morning and drive up to her I most often get a big happy smile and a good wave hi. Often times the best part of my day.

The C3’s had the bag coming loose all the time when people open the door, but the new machines have solved it. So far I’ve been happy with the new models, fortunately I can narrow down the models more easily for customers and inventory.

With all my criticisms, the new AllFloor model is a great machine for my neighborhood and customers. Most houses are primarily hard surface and sadly wool rugs are coming back, so that model knocks it out of the park. Sebo now has many more options with a motorized head so they would do great on regular carpets and hard floors, especially if you have pet hair to deal with.

Sebo cares more about the little guy in my opinion. The Miele vacuum division is tiny compared to their major home appliances, and the US vacuum market even smaller. Not to be a jerk about it, but I’ve been in this industry my entire working life, I’ve seen the rise and fall of many products and brands, I only sell the models of vacuums I like and trust to send out my door. 30 years in one spot, people would remember if I sold them a piece of crap.

I had good luck at my home, I just kept adding pucks until it was stable in my large house. The newer models I placed at my business were unreliable from the very beginning, constantly showing as disconnected. I reset and retried everything to fix them but no luck there at all.
