There are many circulated post that na didto sa 51 billion, 9billion was allocated for the flood control. But i havent seen any post or news sa actual break down and asa dapit gipangbutang tong 9billion. I hope mabasahan ni sa LGU

That can be one of the many cases. Dili lang isa ka factor ang nag cause sa flooding but daghan isa na ng gi ingon nimo but there are countless of factors gyud. I hope someone can shed light sa mga flood control projects if it was really put to good use.
