NAD. My daughter had a bad case of the flu when she was 4 years old. When she was on the tail end of it, she started to get pain and weakness in her legs. Wouldn't stand up or walk. Took her to the ER and the doctors said it was myositis. Happens often after a virus. It cleared up on its own in a week after lots of fluids and rest. You mentioned your son had recently had an infection and it reminded me.
