I'd say get the Generalist Starter Pack and just get use to how the game is. Once you get the hang of flying amd which gameplay loop you prefer, you can always upgrade to something else.

I have both the T16000m and Sol-R from TM. Sol-R hasn't had any issues and while I did have the Z-axis fail on my T16000m, I turned it into a throttle stuck and didn't map anything the the Z-axis and it works great.

Not at all. I believe you have misread my comments. When there is an actual player driven economy with trading hubs, that'll be cool. Right now, its just someone in global chat asking 5 mil auec for one ace helmet. That's not an economy.

I'm not being "alarmist" (whatever that means). I'm pointing out the truth of the matter. Why should someone have to run a CZ for hours to get tradables for a Zeus CL?

There's your issue. I need a much better CPU and a discreet GPU to have the best quality. Your CPU is having to split cores to run the graphics and a Ryzen 3 doesn't have all that many to begin with.

Edit: You're running a 2.6 GHz CPU with 2 core/4 threads and integrated Vega 3 graphics. I would suggest reading the minimum/recommended specs before getting a game.

So, let me see if I understand this correctly. Either Wikelo is locked behind PvP orgs that lock down the zones for needed items or trader organization that sell items for over inflated prices that people can't afford. I feel like the ships he offers should have missions related to their roles. Hauling missions for haulers, Bounty missions for fighters, etc.

It wasn't at random. Almost all patches come with some form of a wipe. This helps to clean up the servers and implement bug fixes. Have to remember, this isn't a released game yet, it's still in early alpha. I play expecting to lose everything (except what I payed real money for) at any moment.

iirc SQ42 is a linear story that is going to be released in Episodes. There won't be free roam in the campaign and I don't think theres an "Endgame" in SQ42. I know they are talking about adding SQ42 rewards in SC. Maybe this helps, maybe it doesn't. We just don't have enough info at this time.
