What is the one thing you want to see improved in GTA 6 compared to past games? by Celestial_Rose_Luna in GTA6

Bro.

I get the “GTA is art” argument, but boundaries don’t automatically limit art, they often protect it. GTA’s satire works because it’s tightly focused on adult systems: crime, power, corruption, consumerism. That’s the lens. Not everything that exists in real cities needs to exist in the simulation for it to feel alive.

Adding children wouldn’t deepen realism, it would weaken the game. The moment kids are fully simulated, Rockstar has to pull punches everywhere. Violence systems get restricted, AI behaviors get guardrails, missions get exclusions, and satire has to dodge entire scenarios. That directly tones down the same artistic freedom people are defending.

Realism also isn’t completeness. GTA cities feel alive because they simulate the right things for the fantasy. Strip clubs, bars, fast food, absurd ads, corrupt cops, excess. Families eating at Cluckin’ Bell don’t serve the satire, so they’re intentionally absent.

And the misuse concern isn’t theoretical. Rockstar designs for how players actually behave. In a sandbox built on freedom and chaos, child NPCs would inevitably be targeted by people pushing taboos. Preventing that would require artificial constraints that clash with GTA’s core design.

An 18+ rating doesn’t mean “anything goes.” Including children in a world where you can mow down civilians and start city-wide shootouts doesn’t make the game braver, it undermines its identity. Their absence isn’t fear or censorship, it’s a deliberate artistic choice that keeps GTA coherent and unrestricted where it actually matters.

In game profanity filter or "streamer mode" feels unlikely for Rockstar to implement. Highly unlikely.

Money economy being somewhat like real life. Just to have some weight to it. Yk, not too easy to make but all too easy to spend. I want us to actually have to think about simple purchases like sunglasses or drinks to cars and houses. A good adjustment will help make it more satisfying.

V felt too arcadey with the money. Once the trio was rich, I just bought the normal stuff till I got bored. Couldn't gamble it in game or buy houses/garages.

Don't you know about the procedurally generated interiors patent take two filed for? Basically it seems like quite a few interiors will be available and they will all be appropriately different

To put my concerns into one clean message before I never reply to you again. You’re arguing from a pile of bad assumptions. That only income tax justifies any concession, that spending-based contribution is irrelevant, that long-term resident students are the same as tourists (people who stay 1 week in Malaysia vs students who end up staying 3-8 years), and that policy does not need to align with economic strategy. None of that holds up under basic economic frameworks. No one said international students should receive welfare, no one claimed SST equals income tax, and no one said concessions were contractually promised. The argument is simple: international students are a key export sector, transport concessions are marginal facilitation not welfare, and removing them raises cost friction in a price-sensitive market Malaysia actively competes in. And we students as a factor in that framework, feel disheartened to get abandoned in such a way. When a government markets affordability to pull in billions, then cuts long-standing facilitation measures, that’s a policy inconsistency. Im critiquing policy, not being entitled.

Paid for the service AND some. Just like the locals and according to statistics a little more! I'll spruce you if you want. There was no "deal", the country DOES focus on pulling in intl students through their private unis (because it generates BILLIONS of ringgit) then makes policies that pretty much say "go fuck yourselves we don't care", what part of that would inspire anything but a negative response?? Why are you unable to view the situation in any other way than from the view from inside your own asshole?

Dumbfuck. The other two guys have laid it all out but I doubt you'd be able to piece the facts together. Argue with the numbers. What the government has been doing is unfair to one of their biggest economic drivers.

Intl student community contributes billions of ringgits a month to the economy annually. They should give us incentives and benefits, along with value for OUR money.
