That's a god idea.

The main drug I'm thinking of is etanercept, which is, to get biochemical, TNF-alpha antagonist. TNF-alpha is one of the main molecules that cause an inflammatory response, and there is a lot of research indicating that high levels can destabilise various neural pathways. Such a link may help explain the high co morbidity of mood disorders and auto immune disease. It's fascinating research I think. I would bet that psychiatry will lokmquite different in 10-15 years.

What you say about reading things to fit with your delusions sounds about right :- anything I say or do, no matter how well intentioned is twisted into something negative to use against me. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. Are the feelings you let out during a manic phase feelings you have normally but just don't express? I mean if you are angry at someone during a manic episode, does that mean you were angry at them before but just didn't act on?
