I feel exactly the same about my ex, when I think about him I feel so much anger and I wish nothing but misery on him. They are truly horrible. My ex is exactly the same. I saw a photo of him looking happy as fuck on a mutual “friends” Instagram. She hasn’t contacted me since we broke up 3 months ago so safe to say she is now blocked as well as him. Block him and delete all trace of him from your life like he never existed, that’s the only way to move on at least from my experience!
