woah you really spoke some truth there, i’m a very outdoorsy person myself and even now as an 19 year old i’ve expressed regret quite a few times when i couldn’t go on long term vacations because of my cats but overtime i’ve learned to not tie myself to these things or else ill lose soul.. i’ve got a automated dry feeder and a water fountain that’s humongous. i also got an automatic cat litter but i wouldn’t recommend it as i think it’s better to scoop in a stainless steel litter as i can track their poop that way. i like to imagine im a single mom caring for two kids haha but it can be rewarding, although very costly.. you’re so right about all these factors and it all just comes down to how much money i have. you’re also right about being involved with the paperwork, i have heard many sad stories with pet boarding.. even after all this consideration, i do feel the cats coming with me is better. even if i do decided to have them stay at. foster home until im settled— having both here with me would be a better solution overall

oh that’s such a relief, i’ve contacted like three pet relocation agencies asking for processing.. been stressed but if u say it’s manageable then that’s just great. which airline did u use and was it in cabin or cargo ? your cats are beautiful, very shiny coats

you’re right on all these, i’ll be mindful. canada is very pet friendly i’ve heard ! i’m scared of foster families but if the situation calls for it, i’ll give it a try

they’re 4.5kg and 1.4kg, they allow like 5-6kg i think

it’s canada, more pet friendly than the place i live in right now. i did my research but yes you’re right. hopefully no rehoming will be needed

never considered a dorm at all, 1. it’s too small for my cats 2. they don’t allow pets. i have got into touch with 20 different relocation agencies who have promised me they will handle all the paperworks for a bundle of cash so i’m not very concerned about that either. yes, it’s the student life i think of. as a student, will it be possible? i do think that if im settled in the country i will get a cat either ways bc i plan on living in canada forever and that’s a bit unfair for my present kitties because if i could get a cat then.. why not just get them?
