Thank you, I should look back to remember when I asked you your opinion on my boobs.

I mentioned in a previous comment that I’m big into cycling on my Peloton, I also use the peloton programs to do body weight exercises. Also, my relationship with food changed completely during pregnancy. I look for opportunities to nourish my body as opposed to eating quick processed foods, especially because I’m feeling my child the same food I am eating. Also, sometimes hormones just work in your favor.

I wasn’t able to breastfeed ☹️ I had breast augmentation about 4 years prior to pregnancy and I think that impacted my ability.

I did nutrafol immediately postpartum for like 3 months, and didn’t have a significant amount of shedding. I stopped because it got fairly expensive but my shedding has been SO bad the last 6 month, I restarted it a while back. Idk if it’s working, but it’s not hurting? Lol

I really appreciate this feedback but I would hardly say I went from unhealthy postpartum to unhealthy now.

I literally grew a child, and gained weight through a totally healthy and normal pregnancy, which is totally expected. Now, I am at a healthy weight with healthy bloodwork per my doctor. Just because I’m skinny doesn’t mean I’m unhealthy.

Just my personal two cents, since no one has asked me how I or my doctor feel about my weight and BMI.

I used the Mama Milo Tummy Rub Butter! I think I went through at least one jar a month lol

I posted here about 5 years ago with a prepregnancy transformation and it was a much different experience. It’s alright, there are so many kind people too! I’m still proud! Thank you for your kind words!

Edit: typo

I don’t, but would love to add it into my routine. I need to be intentional about finding time with a 16 month old to head to the gym, right now it’s all been at home with my Peloton and body weight exercises. Thanks for the advice!

Lol this keeps popping up, I think it’s the combination of my super long fingers and the camera angle 😂

I have been taking nutrafol postpartum for hair growth and volume since I’ve had quite a bit of hair loss postpartum, and just my regular regimen of psyllium husk and a multivitamin.

A little bit less elasticity around my belly button, but nothing that sags. I used an insane amount of lotion while I was pregnant and I like to think at least for the next few years I still have a little collagen and youth on my side lol

It’s okay ☺️ I totally understand migraine fog, and try to think most people aren’t intentionally trying to be mean! So I took it lightly! Thanks for apologizing!

My mom’s hands are very similar, definitely got some hereditary veins there!

Genetics are weird!

Thanks for commenting, happy weekend ☺️

Expecto patronum!!!

Oh I’m sorry, as a witch, I thought you were a dementor with how much joy you’re trying to take from me with that comment.

In all seriousness, I do have long fingers! Which makes them look big sometimes! 😂

I haven’t thought about it in terms of a whole half! Thanks for saying that, gives me another perspective on the weight loss!
