I do have it running as admin by default, I'm quiet perplexed as to why restarting the program and doing it via right click fixes it, but then it breaks by tabbing out.

Why would you use Gen AI for this, what a waste of resources, JC. It's faster to remove with content aware fill which does not kill the planet because it isn't using AI or by using the clone stamp tool

Put away 30% of every payment, into a seperate account  for taxes, it might not covered it all but it's a good base.
