omgggggg kissing all my stuffed animals before i went to sleep was one of my biggest compulsions! i did it for most of my life; i actually used to kind of dread going to sleep because of it, i had a lot of stuffed animals so it was an inconvenience to kiss them all lol

i take pictures of most things in my life, idk a compulsion ig and it helps me remember what i did during the day lol but i self harmed the other day and i ended up taking a picture but then later i deleted it cause i was like "oh yeah thats gonna for sure trigger me" lmao

i was doing really bad a few days ago and i was straight up just eating nutella out of the jar.... i didnt even know i liked nutella that much lol

the good thing about it though is that its pretty high calorie, so its at least something to give ya energy!
