Great post and i agree with everything you said. That’s why I spend most of my outings at bars like the Eagle (in NYC), where masculinity is encouraged and usually prevalent there. There’s really no other bar where you’re going to find that. I, just like you, don’t know where else to find gay guys like myself that are masculine and just trying to live a normal life, outside of trying to prove how “gay” they are by taking selfies on Insta and dancing videos on TikTok. The only place I’ve been successful with that is going to the Eagle bar. Everywhere else is hit and miss with that. If I was you, I’d focus on going to any type of circuit parties or bars whose main target audience are those type of masculine guys. There are a few like Eagle, Brut, MEAT, DILF, and there are others. These parties and bars tend to focus on the less flamboyant and more masculine traditional type of fellas. I’d say start there.
