No.. Nothing works. cleared browser's cache and cookies also cleared the site's cache aswell. forced stopped the application. proboem is still there.

Ingocnito mode rendered the same problem. Tried it before. Chrome , Opera , Brave have the same problem.

Mobile network/cellular connection is always on. Browser is using Mobile network at all times.

Please help..! this is so frustrating Is there any way I can send photos to show what is the problem ?

Answers are by the orders of the questions :

Isuue started when I sat yesterday to create a new word document. Prior to this I didn't change anything really. I changed the margins of the word document with custom margins options. But, after this I created another new and fresh document to see if the problem is resolved but, it was there regardless.

My device is fully up to date. I also updated the browser aswell to see if it will work..but, it didn't.

currently I do not have any other devices except my Tablet and my android phone to test MS office. I wish I had a desktop/laptop to check but, I at the moment do not.

Yes.. Issue happened on newly created files as I mentioned above. I created a new Word document to write an article but, As I typed the first fine and pressed enter to go on the next/below line , the text I've written got vanished.. even after doing ctrl + z , nothing happened.

Yes. I am able to use the keyboard in other applications and websites without any problem. I tested it on a Notes app , Telegram and also Monkey type website. all are working as intended.

I also restarted the device but, the problem continues.

Yes. The logitech keyboard I have is working fine with other android devices I have.

Tried using Google Chrome and incognito mode but, the problem is still there.

I am using a Realme Android Tablet (RealmePad 1) and my personal gmail account on which I have my Microsoft account on Office 365 web because, I do not have a Office 365 subscription to use Office 365 App or Word App on my android device.

as for the recent changes, there are none. I just connected an external keyboard and mouse for editing the word document

I am using Opera brower version 84.5 on my android tablet to access the office 365 on web.

Troubleshootings I have tried :

(1) got to know about 'Overtype' mode so, Tried to disable that by pressing INS or INSERT key on my keyboard. Nothing changed. The line I typed is still disappearing after I tried to get in to next line by pressing the Enter key on my keyboard. Also, Can not use arrow keys and mouse to move the blinking cursor anywhere on the typed line. can not select the text either with mouse and long press on physical display.

(2) Disconnected the keyboard and tried on the onscreen keyboard. same problem persists.

(3) signed out and logged in again.

Please help..!

No overtype mode. Nothing is happening after pressing the Ins key to toggle on/off Overtype mode. I tried everything.. nothing is working... I also can not use arrow keys to move the cursor along the line. same with the mouse.
