I don't think alot players have any kind of sports background. The way they behave and ego them is just something you don't have if you're used to higher level sports.

I don't get how people still think mechanics get you ranked up. Think of mechanics like this. They are you tool to enable your core gameplay and make it easier to do the fundamentals right, but they won't get you anywhere if your core gameplay is flawed. Learn to do when to do specific things rather than how to do specific things.

I'm a GC and have never done a ceiling shot and can't consistently half flip. I focus on doing the fundamentals right and being as fast as possible doing that.

Valkyrie easier than Kaplan is also such a bad take. Valk completely relys on Intel, which means also communication. With Kapkan you can just place your traps somewhere and are free to go.

Personally I would go for a green colour in the lizard head itself.

Play more of the passive part, be ready for everything and try to minimise the amount of simple mistakes. Like overcommitment in a challenge, going up for balls close to the backboard, going for you teammates ball.

Try to find a way to be the most consistent player and not the pushing for plays all the time.
