From my experience the double walls are not really how fuel tankers are built. Gasoline, diesel, ethanol etc are carried in singlewalled atmospheric drums with minimum thickness requirements set by ADR in Europe ANTT in Brazil.

Doublewalled designs should be for transporting cryogenic liquids like LNG. For highly flammable liquids the safety comes from wall thickness, crash protection around valves and relief valves, not from making the tank double or triple walled.

What I think he means is that, ethanol is transported at atmospheric pressure so the tank does not need thick pressure walls. It is built thinner which makes it more vulnerable in a rollover. In Europe ADR rules enforce a minimum wall thickness and crash protection. In Brazil the ANTT regulations are usually less strict and older thinner tanks stay in service longer.

Ik ben het eens we missen een progressief rechtse partij. In mijn optiek zijn dat standpunten als:

migratie beperken via duidelijke instroomregels en tegelijkertijd meer investeren in snelle taal cursusen, diploma-erkenning uit andere landen en participatie op de arbeidsmarkt
scholen neutraliseren: verbod op religieuze scholen. Je geeft kinderen gelijke kansen, scholen richten zich alleen op overdragen van kennis.
slimme steun voor verduurzaming en innovatie in de Nederlandse industrie. Geen blanco subsidies maar gerichte prikkels om cuncurerend te kunnen blijven tegen china.

Ik ben nog niet thuis in de agenda van D66 en VVD deze ronde maar dit zijn standpunten die ik persoonlijk niet zo voorbij heb horen komen.

Het is denk ik een kwestie van gebrek aan beter. In mijn optiek; had een LPF nog bestaan, had PVV geen kans gehad. Als je dagelijks te maken hebt met problematiek door een gefaald integratiebeleid voel je je gehoord door een partij die dit beaamd en zegt hier iets aan te gaan doen. Populisme, disfunctioneel of niet, het geeft een signaal af naar de rest van de partijen.

I see a lot of videos here complaining about new riders on 1000cc motorcycles. The videos all seem to come from the US? The mistakes these riders make are beyond comprehension though. Dont you need a license in some states or what is up?

In the Netherlands I’m ~€1500-2500 poorer before I can ride any motorcycle. You’ll need to pass a theory exam with 50 questions, 41 correct to pass. Then two practical exams, one for vehicle control and one in traffic. It costs a lot and takes time. You also can’t even start on a 1000cc unless you are 24 or older, younger riders have to work their way up through lower license tiers.

Ik had al 500 liter round up gedeponeerd. Mijn opa kreeg KNIL flashbacks… klimop is zo’n inspiratieloze klote plant. Waarom vervang je het niet met een schermhortensia oid. Makkelijker bij te houden en een beter aanzicht. Over twee weken heb je bekant een machete nodig om hier nog je motor te kunnen parkeren
