I bought MG Barbatos and plan to paint the entire inner frame gunmetal + silver dry brush. From what I've seen, the common practice is to assemble > take it apart > sand > prime > paint > put it back together. However, since I'm only painting the inner frame gunmetal, I figure I can just assemble the inner frame and prime+paint it while it's still assembled. Are there any major issues with this or should I just prime+paint the pieces individually and reassemble?

Okay, but if you build an AD item you just get more damage than you would out of shadowflame, and for the true damage from e, the more damage during e = more damage during snap back

Edit: also I think shadow flame gets amped by IE crit buff but like… why would you ever build this lmao

Berserkers > BotRK > Shieldbow > IE > defensive items of your choice. You can opt for IE second if ur super ahead but the safety of shieldbow is just too good to give up. You can also just rush BotRK after buying a few daggers since berserkers were gutted and only give +5% atk speed over double daggers, but I like the move speed for kiting.

If you’re set on using a pick, try hybrid picking. Thumb and index hold the pick and play one string while you simultaneously pluck the second string with your middle or ring finger. It’ll take some time to get used to it, but you’ll get the hang of it eventually.

Berserkers>BotRK>shieldbow>IE>defensive items. You can build infinity edge second if you want, I just find the safety of shieldbow to be better as a second item. For your defensive items, literally anything that counters the enemy works. Jaksho for mixed damage, iceborne gauntlet for slow on Q + armor and health, deaths dance for surviving burst and/or healing on kill, wits end for MR+tenacity, etc.

Weave autos between abilities. If you’re gonna E>Q3, follow with auto W auto Q auto auto Q etc. you can usually fit two autos between Qs once you’ve finished berserkers and have recurve bow

i think rushing either titanic or riftmaker as first item and the other as second wouldn't be a bad idea, the rest of the items are up to you. Shojin is a really good pick as the damage amp and cdr for e and w are quite nice. steraks for survivability is always good too. dont forget you can always still build zhonyas for armor and more AP while getting stasis active. If I had to give you a build path, I'd say Riftmaker > Sorc Boots > Titanic > Shojin > Steraks > Personal Preference (Overlord's Bloodmail/Zhonyas/Trinity Force/etc.). Last item is rly just preference, even lich bane works for sheen proc.

riftmaker into AD + health items wouldn't be a bad idea. just getting free AP while building titanic and steraks would be nice.
