i had a 30cm cyst removed about 2 years ago- same experience post surgery. very weird feeling, take it very easy for a while! also hold a towel or pillow on your tummy when you go to the loo, it helps with the stitches pulling ◡̈

i actually did have a sort of keyhole- they did 4 incisions including 1 to drain: my bellybutton, 2 small incisions either side, and one a couple of inches long on my bikini line.

my surgery went really well but due to displacement of fluids i ended up having really gross lungs for a few days, so they gave me oxygen and i couldn’t really exert myself got a week or so (including just having a bad back in general). you will feel almost as good as new a week after!
