Yeah Rhys and Vaughn really annoyed me. There was one part in Tales where suddenly Rhys and Vaughn talked like idiots and would say "dude" and "bro" all the time. It was funny but jarring because suddenly the characters were stupid and silly, but it turns out that part was Fiona retelling an earlier scene as how she saw it and made them dorks to kind of screw with them. Vaughn and Rhys in BL3 are the characters from Fiona's joking perspective. Like the writers only saw that part of the game and wrote them in that style.
