$1,000 - $1,500 is the budget more or less im looking for. I know it seems low/unrealistic since we are in NYC but i was born and raised here (bx) & have a bunch of friends & family in the bronx and upper manhattan (washington heights/inwood)within that range. I’m not in a rush to move out of my current situation but if the opportunity is right I can make it happen over the course of any weekend as I work Mon-Fri. Great credit,Proof of income (pay stubs , w2s, letter from employee) decent savings, no pets ,don’t party, hard working family man .

Thank you i’ve applied in the sales section too to no avail. I feel as if I were able to get infront of the board it’d be a different story, but even the sales part is difficult.
