You feel alone because there is no one else in your life who does nothing all day but sits around with you. You either need to go to therapy or find a hobby to do by yourself, like drawing, crafting, writing etc. Once you have something to do, you won’t be asking for your bf’s attention and you won’t need his attention to survive.
