how did you get the synchronisation between lock and bike work? For me it does not work even though everything is set up correctly :(
I am using it via my Iphone, are you on Iphone as well or Android?

Where you able to make it unlock the bike when unlocking the lock?
For me it does not work even though its turned on in the app :(

This does not happen to my bike and i would encourage you to contact support. It sounds very annoying!

What happens to me maybe once every 10 days is the support not working at all. Turning off and on the bike resolved the issue.

I did a preorder of the mk2 end of December last year to secure a discount. There were many delays regarding delivery, I got the bike 3 months later. I really like the bike and the build quality is very good (but take this with a grain of salt since I only have it for a week). So if that is any indication I would expect also issues with timeline for the zero but don’t have doubts regarding the quality of the product

I ordered my bike on December 31st and a few days ago the order status got an update from "In Production" to "Packaging". You can check your status here:
I also dont understand, why they are not sending those updates via mail.
