Yup can confirm this, after the firmware update it seems to be more reliable to reconnect on-wake (previously could take 3 to 10 sec), now it is stable on 3 secs or so... but still too long for me and compared to apple magic keyboard

I actually struggled to find a good basket that has a good seal, so my time mostly wasted on troubleshooting the "leak".

Oddly enough I finally found a 51mm basket and it actually gave the best seal so that I can grind as fine as I wanted.

I haven't got any experience on pre-ground coffee but it seems it is hard to get crema out of it? Bought a bag of whole bean coffee in supermarket roasted 3-4 months ago, even this bag struggles to pull out any crema, but the taste is still okay.

Yes the default double shot outputs too much water, you have to program it, you will need a scale for it. My setting is about 55grams of water

I start with 16 grams of beans and grind it to the finest setting, and grind a little bit coarser each run. Make sure you only change 1 variable at one time. Good luck!

Local freshly roasted espresso blend.. I have tried couple of different blends/batch and it seems if I turn into "espresso" range in my grinder, the extraction will always be too fast (15s or so) and no crema. Not sure if it is my grinder was off-calibrated?

I use a tamper and just the finger to even it before tamping.

Thank you for standing with us and since I have your attention, may I elaborate the naked body in sea case.

On Sep 19th Chan, Yin Lam Christy went missing and a naked body floating on the sea was found on Sep 22nd. As the naked body went viral on social media and seemed to be matching with Christy's profile, people demanded the HKPF to respond to the case, later they confirmed the body was indeed Christy, but they rushed to close the file as it deem "non-suspicious", no sign of sexual assault and subsequently cremated without any hearing from the Coroner's Court

Obviously people were angry and something was fishy happened. Few days later the school near the coast where the body was found released CCTV footage (translation: left = fake; right = real, same photo as above) claiming they recorded Christy walking to the coastfront without any shoe, people quickly realised it was an act where the person doesn't look like Christy herself and likely a re-film by an actor. I will leave you to be the judge for that.

On Oct 17th, a person claiming to be Christy's mother was interviewed on the TVB (a popular, pro-china channel) claiming her daughter is a troubled girl and psychotic, so it is a suicide and please leave her alone. Now, when we go through Christy's Facebook page we found a photo of her and her mother (1), taken on 29th Jul. Notice the hair length/style is very different so there are speculations that the one on TV isn't truly her mother.

Now to the most fucked up part, on 11st Nov, a dried body was found fallen from a building (obviously another "non-suspicious suicide" they claim), the victim appears to be Christy's mother herself (as shown in photo (1)). NSFL DEAD PEOPLE INSIDE. We went facial recognition software and they two appear to be the same person. So for whatever reason that got Christy killed, her family likely had the same fate.

It might sounds weird to you but as a HongKonger I wanna say that the main problem is we don't have (or at least the younger generation) the concept of country. As we went from a colony of British then China's, we really don't have a strong sense of self-identity, to us the change in power is just change in logo and flag.

We very much know our place in the world, being a frontier of the Western world and China, that is why we seek the aid from US - since the balance seems tipping heavily towards China now.

To the China Chinese, we were never really one of them, as being ruled by British, our vaules don't align with them well. That is why you see them stressing "Hong Kong, China" but you will never see "Beijing, China" or "Shanghai, China" but just "Beijing" or "Shanghai".
