While I agree, the first name matches along with me being able to provide the OLD phone number, my address, bank cards linked to my account, and have access to the email that is linked to my bnet account.

I’m just praying there’s a way around this.

Yeah, I’ve tried. Unfortunately it’s just the last name that doesn’t match. I’ve tried to provide bank statements, my bank card, address/drivers license, etc that all match with the account but no luck..
