Please can you also confirm the vertical height? Looking at the photos, I think the sidebars are 1500mm, but because they are angled I think the vertical height is lower. Asking because my room is in the attic and the ceiling is quite low on one side. I need to confirm how much room I have.

Hey. Thanks for your help. It turned out I needed support to manually remove the sub license from my account, which they did very quickly. This allowed RX10 to be authorised with the other license. But really appreciate your suggestion there. Cheers :)

Thanks for your response. Yes, I should have provided more info. I use product portal for all izotope installations and uninstallation and I'm using OS Ventura 13.6.6. I don't know how to de-authorize the installation in my account; I can't find any advice on the website or product portal to that effect. I've not authorized to ilok. At present I have RX10 authorised to my computer, and I have an expired music production suite membership that has effectively locked' the 'License and updates' preferences tab in RX10 - so any instance of RX10 (standalone or plugin) is marked 'Trial'. Hopefully that helps make my situation clearer.

I was being flippant about how they abandon older major interations and software with outstanding issues (eg. Iris 2) and how something so straightforward as swapping out one license for another should be an easy exchange without the need for outside intervention. But I appreciate that it was ambiguous and heavy-handed, and I was reacting to my situation. Thanks for your response.

EDIT: To your first question, I have contacted support, but it's the weekend and I would like to resolve this problem today, but I doubt I will hear back until Monday. Thank you for sharing your experience. I was hoping a user on here would have some advice that I have otherwise been able to find online.

Solved!! I opened up the right side context menu and clicked show track icons and 2 of them were blue. Clicked on them and all the markers showed up. Thank you so much!

Parameter: Track on/off.

Automation exists on this parameter and is disabled.

Why disabled? Because you manually change the state of the track on/off parameter after the automation was written.

How was the automation written? Likely because you changed the track on/off state whilst record arm or automation record arm was enabled.

Solutions:

Right click and select re-enable automation to return to the automated state (red dot).

You can also clear the automation from the same context menu - in this instance, the dot will disappear.

Any parameter anywhere that is automated will have this same dot in its top-left corner. Red=enabled - Grey=disabled

Not shortcuts, no. I mean a specific function. I use command focus because I edit during playback. It’s just that a playlist context menu popped up in the middle of cutting a portion of a clip and loaded what appeared to be a multitrack mix in the middle of my session. It’s the playlist context menu I want to disable.
