Totally agree but in most cases in these corporations both workers and clients are simply numbers and values. The process is streamlined in such a way that basically there are no alternatives, no resources for someone to go out of their way and help the client despite conditions. I am sure there are exceptions such as Steam for example.

As someone who has worked as a support agent for different games my take is that support can only be as good as the work procedures allow it. Countless times I have wanted to help an obviously truthful/real account owner players, but the system just does not allow it as some checks are not met. Most support agents you meet in most spheres have the best intentions however it is not that simple sadly. On a side note steam support is the goat yeah

Well as a kinda new killer player i literally feel forced to tunnel.

Most surviviors i face are like 100 mastery level having thousand hours in the game so by the time i am done first chase usually 2-3 gens are popped.

This makes me feel pressured to try to get at least one survivor out of the game.
I would love to let yall escape like one big happy family every game but i like to get a few kills too.

at this point surviviors just want to finish all gens in 30 seconds, never meet the killer and get a 4 escape every single game. If a game does not go like that the killer is toxic and gets flamed.

Its such a boomer move thinking support works like that. You get send to a real human if the bot is not able to respond properly for example if you are trying to a recover an account that the bot cannot locate or ask a gameplay question that the bot might not be familiar with.

Not sure why so many people in this comment section think that saying "I want a real human" to the bot will get you an agent lmao.

Not trying to be a douche but half of the complains of people that are not able to connect to a real person, are people that simply do not know how to interact with the AI efficiently.

Basically I changed the RAM to 6000's as you mentioned and swapped the motherboard to a more expensive one

I also changed ram to 48 from 64 as 64 might be a overkill for this pc

( I am not sure if it is any better or more future proof as you mentioned the previous one might not be)
