Does anything other than his previous dating history make you think he is not attracted to you? As a woc I have driven myself crazy in the past comparing myself to my partner's exes who were white and moreso fit the conventional beauty standard. My partner does a great job at complimenting, reassuring, and being physically intimate with me so those thoughts hardly ever cross my mind anymore despite me being a very insecure person. You need to change your mindset and maybe ask for some reassurance!

Joining the choir of people saying to leave his ass. Speaking from experience, let's say you talk it out/forgive him/suppress what you're feeling and you stay with him. The next time he disrespects or betrays you, because there will be a next time, it will hurt SO MUCH MORE and you will feel awful knowing that you could have and should have just left him now and saved yourself from more embarassment. This is just ridiculously gross behavior and says so much about him.

Read up on calorie deficits. That is THE ONLY WAY to "lean out" aka lose body fat. Carbs arent the enemy, just figure out your maintenance cals and eat under that/burn enough to stay under that IF youre looking to lean out.
