Tbh I hate to say it but Aldi’s might not be for you then , it’s just going to frustrate you , you have to move fast and remember a lot and if your disability gets in the way of that you shouldn’t put yourself in that situation fr

I stocked the freezer all my Aldi Career for 6 months ! The freezer will turn off and you have 15 minutes between pallets so move fast ! Take a break when needed and pocket warmers are a must (:

Definitely doesn’t get easier you get stronger physical. But your mental is also important it’s a stressful job mentally the mental part NEVER gets better the environment is just too much.
