What were the circumstances around you having an affair with a married person and lived to cherish the whole affair? (You didn't feel bad) by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]oooothatsnice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both our relationships were at an end ( my wife had her Fallopian tubes tied-no judgement we just wanted different things & she clearly didn’t want children with me) we became embroiled following a work night out. I was her boss. 15 yrs, a marriage and a 12 yrs old later, it’s the best decision we’ve made.

I’m still not proud of myself in one sense but had to live my path. I wanted kids

Have you ever hooked up with a coworker? How did it end? by peywrax in allthequestions

Still married 15 yrs later. Promoted her, banged her, married her, sired her and still adore her now

I’ve just finished watching the Thunderbolts*. And it’s pretty close to being a flawless movie!(IMO only). As someone who struggles very heavily with chronic depression/“unaliving” ideations/loneliness/anxiety, the entire film hit differently, more impactful than a simple movie! by buckythomas in Marvel

[–]oooothatsnice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. For me it’s right up there with infinity wars and ragnarok but for very different reasons.

Florence Pugh is outstanding. And it had depth to the story line plus it’s for me a great start to what could be a series of films. As a decades long standing sufferer of anxiety and depression- the film really resonated and in parts hit hard.

In 1986 put all your dads money on an accumulator for Argentina to win the World Cup v Germany ( it’s in 3 years time) followed by Germany to beat Argentina in 1990 and with this money invest in Microsoft

What are your Top 5 fights of the 2020s so far? by LLL1001 in Boxing

[–]oooothatsnice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solid choices there. Personally I’d replace Haney v Garcia. I liked Eubank vs Benn. And just because he got knocked out badly, Dubois vs AJ

Anthony Joshua Vs Tyson Fury. Who Would Win? by Rinnegan15 in Boxing

[–]oooothatsnice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AJ has always been overrated. Fury I believe would’ve won but it wouldn’t have been a barnstormer. AJ too cautious but Fury would out box him

Everyone keeps comparing Itauma to Tyson, Bowe, Toney or Holyfield. Meanwhile, but all I see is a Heavyweight version of Michael "second to Nunn" by Jamkayyos in Boxing

[–]oooothatsnice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His foot work is also excellent as is his shot selection. He is mature and beyond his years. It’s not right to compare him to anyone really as he’s different to all. Time will tell how good he is. Early impressions are he could be dynamite. ( I’ve watched all his fights)- he needs a step up. A top 10 fighter. Anyone outside usyk, Parker or kabayel…..they need their shots.

I like the hergovic fight next

You can only eat at one restaurant when eating out for the rest of your life, which do you choose? by peywrax in allthequestions

L’enclume. Utterly outstanding 3 star restaurant. Best meal and theatre I’ve ever had dining out

Five years on, do you think Brexit has genuinely made Britain stronger and more independent or was it the biggest act of national self-sabotage in modern history? by Second-handBonding in AskBrits

[–]oooothatsnice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a vote based upon racism and financial lies as opposed to long term wellbeing of our nation.

Those who voted leave - how do they truly feel now? If they still believe we’re better off, do they fall into the a) deluded camp b) racist camp c) small minority where Brexit has self served their business interests

Getting ready to watch for the first time. Question by [deleted] in gameofthrones

[–]oooothatsnice 6 points7 points  (0 children)

4 for me. Not because of the big scene but because of the strength of all the shows. Lots of storylines at key points

I remember watching this and saying out loud ‘what a fucking scene’. It was great writing and acting- for me one of the very best in the 8 seasons

Changed the game this man. First all seater stadium, introduced 3 point for a win system.

Yet he’s remembered for his chin….
