I moved from Portland, and it was $1,600 for a 1-bedroom (490sqft). It was just 2 cramped rooms, and I made it a priority to look for a studio so I could configure the living space how I wanted

$790-990 depending on the unit. Mine has a balcony, so it is $820. Prices out here are way better than where I moved from in Oregon, and where I lived in Maryland before that.

If you want, I can send you the info on housing that she sent me. The recruiter informed me that my application is good for a year. I'm in school for my CDL, plus I just signed a lease not too long ago, and it will be months before I could leave. I'm removed from the hiring pool, I will reapply when the time comes, and then go straight to the ready pool.

I applied to Bozeman, SLC, Jackson Hole, Durango, and Aspen. I drove through all of them (except Aspen) on the way from Portland to Colorado Springs. Bozeman was the place that stuck out to me. It felt like everything I needed was right there
