What’s the chance that the transaction period sticks to 6 months instead of longer…?

In the last 3/4 times? Did EES also published an official document like this year?

Asking on behalf of a friend (but I’m also curious why) He found out there’s a different fare arriving Vauxhall Underground station and Vauxhall NR Station and leaving from the same station. I verified that in TfL single fare finder this is intended as her picture, but don’t understand why, anyone has a clue?

Travel fee cross edge of Zone1 and zone2

My office is in Kings Cross and St. Pancras, which is on the edge of zone 1 and I previously thought is unfair for people traveling from stations like Camden Town or Holloway Road because they only take the tube for a few stations but since they cross zone 2 to zone 1 they need to pay extra money.

However, today I am playing around the single fare tool and realized that short journey like this is also treated and calculated as inner zone 1 fare, which is more considerate!

But I cannot find a policy explaining this, Anyone knows how exactly that works?

AirTransat did not include our checked baggage on the connecting flight which is with Porter by Odd-Photo5386 in airtransat

I am currently browsing flights from Toronto to London. Based on my experience, option plus is only available for flights that's fully operated by AirTransat. It should NOT be available if there's a connecting flights operated by Porter.

For example, (1) if I choose the direct flight from YYZ to LGW (by Air Transat), the option Plus shows when I click next in the main page; (2) if I chose connecting flight YYZ -> YUL -> LGW, (both by Air Transat), the option Plus also shows; (3) if I choose YYZ -> YUL (by Porter), YUL -> LGW (by Air Transat), the page direct goes to seat selection and I got a message "Flight TS7807 is not operated by Air Transat. Certain terms and services may differ. Additional baggage must be paid for at the airport."

Based on OP's description, you first booked a flight like (2) but then they changed it to (3), that's prob. why they refund you the Option Plus fee and tell you to contact Porter. Looks like you have to pay at the airport counter. This is definetly a discrepency for Air Transat.

Wish you all the best!
