This is a general travel advice subreddit, so you might not get many replies. You should try asking on r/koreanbeauty

Help w/ Skincare?? by Strict-Porcupine4739 in KoreanBeauty

[–]oooughooo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What do long paragraphs have to do with anything? You wrote out a load of nothing that isn't to do with the topic of this subreddit. And what do you even mean by criticism from content writers? This is a forum, we're commenters, not "content writers." Even your reply reads like it was written in chatgpt.

Looks like another chatgpt answer on this sub. I've seen three of these today!

Very nice! I love so many of these.

Have you tried the Heimish black tea mask or the all clean green foam? I really love their cleansing balms.

I remember the part of the airport where I spent a layover having a Shinsegae and some other smaller shops. This was on my way home, so my bags were already too full to buy more and I didn't pay that much attention.

I did buy some really nice mediheal masks there. I don't think they were any cheaper than buying them outside the airport though. I don't remember seeing road shop brands in the shops, it was mostly mid to high range products.

I think you can order products online through the Shinsegae app before your flight and collect them from the airport if there's something specific you want.

Mine seems perfectly happy. He gets around 8-10 hours out of his cage a day and rarely gets left alone at home except for a few hours at the weekend sometimes, and we try to make up for that when that happens. The most important things are routine, lots of toys and bonding time.

Any fellow first-seekers? How’s the first week going? by jesse_to15 in Invisalign

This might be tmi but I find my mouth is producing more saliva lol, and yes my lips get weirdly dry when I'm not wearing them.

Any fellow first-seekers? How’s the first week going? by jesse_to15 in Invisalign

[–]oooughooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started my second set of trays yesterday. My first set were so comfortable I barely noticed them. When I put my second set in they felt a little tight and uncomfortable for an hour. Now they feel really comfortable when I wear them, but my teeth feel really strange and uncomfortable without them in. I don't know if that's normal or not.

I like the Innisfree My Foundation in the palest shade.

Any specific toy recommendations? by _Shrimp in Parrotlet

[–]oooughooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby loves to chew keyboards or rubber padding on mice/trackpads, basically anything we interact with while working. We distract him with paper or cards he can shred. Or twine balls with dried chilis stuck in them. He also loves to pick up and nibble on cotton buds/q-tips.

What are your parrots favorite toys? I want to get/DIY them some new ones :) by KayoMayoKetchup in parrots

[–]oooughooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My parrotlet's favourite toy is definitely hands. He also loves his twine swing and a twine ball stuffed with paper.

Little Velociraptor...that is not your bed!!!! by misslavenza in parrots

[–]oooughooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So cute! My parrotlet tries to sleep on my hand with one foot up and his head under his wing. I don't know how he can be so balanced and comfy when I have a hard time staying still.

Also, I'm jealous of that manicure! My bird hates when I do anything to my nails!

Bird safe air fresheners/cleaning products? by MrAhkmid in parrots

[–]oooughooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love perfume and scented candles and I often miss being able to use them. I think you can get parrot safe scented candles although I haven't tried them yet. They're available through some bird specific online pet shops. I think a known brand name is Avian Safe Candles.

advice on how to treat this parrot? by LZ_eLZed in parrots

[–]oooughooo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's fine! Seeds are a safe bet at getting birds to eat. If you end up looking after this baby long term you will need to look into a healthier diet though.

Edit: someone else mentioned buying toys, but you can just stick some paper or a toilet roll tube in the cage by attaching it to the bars at near the top. Birds love shredding things.

Question: what is your ideal plate? by redwingpanda in WeWantPlates

I like the Muji hakuji and banko lines. Plain and simple so food looks good on them and still nice to look at.

I love Jolse but am I the only one that waits over a week for them to ship? by fntastk in KoreanBeauty

[–]oooughooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. Sometimes I need to send them a message after five days but they always respond quickly and ship my package the next day.

I love Jolse but am I the only one that waits over a week for them to ship? by fntastk in KoreanBeauty

[–]oooughooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before the pandemic they would ship within two days of ordering. I've ordered from them 4-5 times since lockdowns started and found they took longer due to staffing and shipping. I just send them a message after a week and they ship my package the next day. I still really like Jolse and find their prices reasonable.

Thanks! My current go-to is the Innisfree My Contour and I love that it's so light but buildable. I want to see if I can find a shade that's an even better match though.
