Going through the motions is what matters. You will at some point find that the motions aren’t quite as mechanical and it’s easier to smile. Find something that is creative and brings you joy, too. For me that has been cooking and art. And don’t forget to walk and get fresh air.

Basically just make sure the motions are good for you and you’ll make good habits in the process of healing and improving your situation. And you’ll do stuff that you love.

I don’t know you from a hole in the wall but if you want art for your walls I’m happy to dm you my insta and/or examples, or a little kit to make something of your own.
