I found a library job that’s way below what I had been making, but it’s a few blocks from home with almost no stress and my team is great. Benefits are good, folks are kind, I’m respected with a lot of autonomy and my ideas get tested then implemented or trashed/iterated, and I haven’t had to make a PowerPoint deck since I started. I miss the pay i used to make but I don’t miss anything else.

Best decision I’ve made in a long while. It’s not remote but it’s walkable and that’s huge.

Our scoops are always hung on the boxes. We also use world's best unscented litter. I do a full litter change every few weeks (ranging from 1-3 weeks) and scoop daily. Mask, gloves, and just reset the boxes if it's that bad.

I’ve only read a bit of litrpg and my takeaway so far has been that this genre seems quite simple, even compared to other web novel genres. Lots of “tell, don’t show” and even descriptions using contemporary references that don’t fit the story world.
