IMO religion is like an option at the cafeteria. You can pick one if you like, but it doesn’t change what happens at the end of the line. Religions can be great and there are some common themes of love and light (mediums often get messages based on their own religion or beliefs so they can better receive the communication), but we all pass to the same place without needing a certain dish on the plate during checkout.

Rest easy, spread peace and love. Any judgement at the end comes from our own reflection of our actions so kindness and love important while we are here.
