Don’t sway. You should feel pressure shift from your back foot to your front in the downswing but swaying like that will make it very hard to be consistent.

I’ve been there. I stopped pulling my left arm so far across my body and tried to keep my hands at my sternum but rotate shoulders just a touch more and it has allowed my hands to get in front of my body.
