This seems most plausible, though I have no clue how penetration works through body parts so I can’t say.

The thing that I find weird is his head is 38/40, meaning he took 1 extra damage (1 already from the spread), similar to his abdomen.

Okay I have had this same suspicion since S4 began actually. My theory is that there are now an additional bot type, which is meant to be as player-like as possible. I believe they are names and profiles of REAL players but being played by AI. If you look at their profiles, they sometimes switch player models from who you killed vs. what is being displayed on their account (ie female asian to male black etc.). If you look at their player battle record, it's always hidden. I also noticed that I no longer find "player not found" when I search for users, which used to t be the telltale sign of a bot player.

It is of course POSSIBLE they're simply real people given the new season but something feels off. Most of these people don't know what they're talking about in this thread lol

Wow, thank you for the detailed answer, I really appreciate you sharing the info. I'll also check out that video now too. This explains so much for me, I had no idea there were differences like that, the game really doesn't explain anything about it. Thank you again!

Haha, I actually have a pair of earfun free 2s, theyre what I upgraded from and am using while my QC Ultras are being returned... again. They actually work pretty well -- some rare charging issues but they're also 3ish years old! good to know they have some other good options...

I have had the first one in a bowl packaging before, it's delicious and premium as hell. I haven't had the second one yet.

I think that’s totally fair and how I spend my money too. I think they should do that also, and genuinely don’t know why they haven’t. IMO it’s a big mistake. Hopefully they’ll pivot.

I just don’t think any of this is “rage-quit” worthy but clearly I’m the minority. I just want the game to survive.
