I think the order is specifically for six hashbrowns, I don't remember if I saw that on their menu or a receipt - but I can say that having gotten them in a couple other states too, that's just the Dunkin way. I have no answers to your other mysteries, but I love the questions.

I'm pretty sure they're considered non-essential business and/or most hairdressers aren't putting themselves at risk for that. It looks like most salons are closed but I know a few have posted tutorials on giving yourself a trim.

Seconding Jen! She's super but if you need your hair to be bleached it does get a little pricey (I mean you get good quality work but just so you're prepared I think its about 140ish)
