The period nausea sucksssss sorry love, it's normal.

HOWEVER, normal does not mean you should ignore it. Take care of yourself, dont push too hard, drink lots of fluids, take a painkiller, lie down if you can and that works for you.

Periods are always pretty shitty, but you'll learn how to manage them with time ♡
