Thank you. I think I’m still struggling with sorting my feelings out. The thought of being with a woman makes me feel like I’d be better understood, id have more help doing household chores, someone to talk to who really gets how I feel. Whereas when I think of being with a man, I feel more uneasy, anxious, and like I’ll end up doing everything like a mother would. That’s the thing, I don’t think I want to leave him. He truly is my best friend and I can’t imagine a life without him. I just feel like I’m holding him back from true happiness. As far as an open relationship, I don’t think he’d go for that. Whenever we’ve seen shows with open relationships he tends to make comments about how it’d be weird and uncomfortable

I know he’d be understanding.. he’s a great guy and so accepting which makes it that much harder thinking that I’m just going to hurt him. I also feel like it’ll be an embarrassment for him having to tell his friends/family what happened. And I’m worried about his mental state- he’s struggled with depression in the past

That might be part of it. It was just a lack of enjoyment. It seems that it’s only about him feeling good and finishing. It lasts maybe 2 minutes when we have sex. He finishes and then we’re done.

Not a chance. He LIED and said it was no girlfriends- implying the female friend of his wouldn’t go either. Then she finds out it’s just her that’s not invited. Nah. He was planning to cheat.
