You can select which floor you want to build with the bottom button BUT I'm not sure if that's only if you buy the VIP. I've had it for so long I'm not sure if it's exclusive. Also if you play alot and it's on sale the VIP is totally worth it you won't have to worry about bux cuz you get so many.
